Termoneeny running club had 4 runners competing at the 2014 Belfast Marathon. Our first runner home was John Hughes in a time of 02:58:10, which placed John 33rd overall. A fantasic achievement! The annual Termoneeny Running Club 10k & 5K Fun Run/Walk will take place on Sunday the 11th of May 2014 @ 1.30 p.m. You can register on-line now. Registrations on the day will start at 12.00 noon. Chip timing will be in operation for the 10k. More details to follow in the coming weeks…
Carmen runners have their 10k and 5k fun run this Saturday, the 8th of March. Any Termoneeny runners that are available, please attend. The 10k starts at 11.00 a.m. from Carrickmore GFC.
Local company Source Oil Limited has kindly agreed to sponsor the 2014 Termoneeny 10k road race and 5k run run/walk. The race will take place on Sunday the 11th of May, 2014 @ 1.30 p.m. Registration will start at 11.30 a.m. Chip timing will be used for the 10k race. On-line registration will be available soon. The Ballinderry Bridge 10k, 5k and walk, takes place on Saturday the 31st of August. Registration is from 10 a.m. at Ballinderry GAC’s Shamrock Park. The race starts at 12 noon. The Limavady 10 mile race is on Thursday night at 7.30. Nice flat course. The race is hosted by the Springwell Runners. Race registration is at Limavady United Football Club, Rathmore Road, Limavady.
This year’s Galway Bay half marathon is on Saturday the 28th of September. Some of us are thinking about taking a bus down on Friday night and coming back up again on Saturday evening.
