Termoneeny Couch To 5K
The Termoneeny Couch To 5K program starts on Monday the 7th of March 2016 at 7.30 p.m. at the Termoneeny Community Centre. The program lasts for 9 weeks and finishes with the 5k on Sunday the 8th of May 2016 @ 1.30 p.m. Each week there are two coached sessions at the community center from 7 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, and one session you do on your own on Friday or Saturday.
The program will suit absolute beginners and those who have run up to 5K previously. Those with some experience may want to aim for the 10k but that is a choice you can make after the first few weeks.
