Termoneeny Running Club have been running in all sorts of weather conditions this week, representing the club at 5ks, 10ks and triathlons! The club was well represented as always and the pbs and podiums keep rolling in!
There were fantastic results from TRC members at three local parkruns on Saturday. Tommy Hughes, a member with an international running portfolio, made an impressive debut at MUSA parkrun and finished overall in fifth place. It is wonderful to see so many members continuing to support these free parkruns which are organised entirely by volunteers on a weekly basis.

Congratulations to TRC Runners Declan Leung and Clare O’Kane who represented TRC on Saturday 14th July at the Big Splash Sprint Distance Triathlon in Portglenone.
This challenging course consisted of a 750m swim in the River Bann, a 13 mile cycle and a 5K run.
Both athletes did the club proud with Declan finishing the course in 1:29:29 and Clare close behind in a super time of 1:41:20.
JD Dance 5k/10k
It was a damp Sunday morning but four determined TRC members travelled to Coalisland for the inaugural JD Dance 5k/10k event.
The route was pleasant but the conditions were wet and clammy which made the course more difficult. Despite the soggy circumstances, all TRC runners finished with smiles on their faces and Emma Leung even managed to secure a personal best.
Ray Keenan 49:31; Sean Smith 57:22; Emma Leung 59:22 PB; Jacqueline McGonigle 1:11:08
